iOS and Android apps: an account, the main path, notifications, and what people do with a thumb. The scope comes from how the service should work on a phone. The selected work on this site is sites and booking systems. A mobile app starts the same way: with a person, not an icon.

When the phone is where people actually use the service, and the browser is no longer enough.
How it works
A conversation about who opens the app and why. Then the key screens. The build moves in short stretches, with something to look at every week. After launch we fix what only shows up on a real phone.
